Worlds Miss Tourism
Must compete in your state event the age you will be on August 1, of the World Finals Year. If world finals is in July 2022, then you compete the age you will be August 1, 2022

Gender: Entrant must be a naturally born genetic female, for Worlds Miss Tourism in any age category.
Gender: Entrant must be a naturally born genetic male, for Worlds Mister Tourism in any age category.
A delegate is required to enter into a state preliminary pageant to qualify for the Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant™ if there is a state pageant.
Preliminary pageant entrant agrees to look solely to the preliminary Pageant Director with respect to all matters relating to her application, rules, regulations, policies, preparation, rehearsal, performance and selection process, and all other matters relating to the preliminary pageant. Worlds Miss Tourism National Office, its members, managers, agents and employees are not liable to entrant for anything whatsoever in connection with the preliminary pageant.
Entrant agrees to attend the Worlds Miss Tourism World Pageant™ if selected as the winner in a preliminary pageant and further abide by all the required services, rules and regulations governing this pageant. If Entrant decides not to enter the National Pageant, Entrant agrees to return the crown and sash in the same condition as received without benefit of refund or transfer of fees for any reason.
Winner of a preliminary pageant is not eligible to re-compete in the same preliminary pageant, unless approved by the director.
Winner of a preliminary pageant may re-enter the national pageant as an at-large delegate once she has fulfilled her obligations as specified by the rules and regulations of the preliminary pageant.
Participants of preliminary pageants who are not named as the winning titleholder(s) may apply to become an at-large delegate following the conclusion of the preliminary pageant may apply as an at large contestant for All-American Miss Tourism.
Delegates may qualify for more than one preliminary, the following is what is generally determined in a Delegates participation in a preliminary pageant:
Eligibility for at-large state titles are determined by meeting at least one of the following criteria:
Current or past contestant, residency, employment, student status, property owner or born in the state.
“At-large” refers to the status of any delegate who enters the Worlds Miss Tourism National Pageant™ directly at the national level without first winning a preliminary pageant.
Upon receipt of required TITLE FEE, at-large applicant is placed into “pending” status regarding title assignment.
At-large titles are assigned upon receipt of paperwork, and payment in full of required title fees.
Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant Productions and Events retains full and ultimate authority for any and all decisions regarding assignment of titles to at-large delegates for representation associated with the Worlds Miss Tourism Pageants™.
At large delegate agrees to look solely to their Regional Director with respect to all matters relating to the application, the preparation, rehearsal, performance and selection process and all other matters relating to this pageant.
Miss Tourism Pageant productions and events retains the right to assign titles to at-large delegates at any time for upcoming Worlds Miss Tourism National Pageant™ (i.e., a 2026 at-large state titleholder may be assigned during the 2025 calendar year, even if the title is being held contemporaneously by a 2025 at-large delegate).
Former national winners of Worlds Miss Tourism Pageants are eligible to compete for Worlds Miss Tourism as an appointed title as offered by the Worlds Miss Tourism pageant.
At large delegates who attended Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant World Finals, may re-enter the World pageant from year to year.
Winners of preliminary pageants are not eligible to re-compete for the same state title unless approved by their state director, she ages up to a new age category, she may enter under another state or regional title.
Entrant may have a modeling, commercial tie-up, personal management and/or agency contract, which contract however does not include, authorize or permit the use of the name of the Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant,™ or any other registered trademark or tradename of or any title designation or reference with respect to the pageant in any manner without written permission of the Worlds Miss Tourism Legal Council.
ELIGIBILITY/ ACCEPTANCE DETERMINATION AGREEMENT
All issues as to eligibility shall be determined solely and exclusively by Miss Tourism Pageant Productions and Events.. Entrant agrees to abide by eligibility determination both as to herself and others. Entrant agrees to produce an original copy of her birth certificate to verify age and gender upon request. Entrant agrees to produce a color copy of her U.S. Passport or application of her U.S. Passport prior to the National Pageant, if requested. Miss Tourism Pageant Productions and Events reserves the right to refuse entry into the Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant™ to anyone for any reason.
Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant™ is a traditional beauty pageant for women of the United States and Internationally, divided into an array of age groups. Areas of competition include: Evening Gown, Private Interview, State Costume and Photogenic in Tourism Crown and Sash. Finalists "may" be interviewed on-stage for their interview score. The Worlds Miss Tourism Final Pageant™ will consist of an Opening Number segment (not judged) All Competing Delegates will wear their choice of Pastel Pink or Pastel Blue Solid COLOR Cocktail Dress.
A minimum of 3 judges will evaluate delegates in the areas of competition
Miss Tourism Pageant Productions and Events. has sole discretion and complete authority to select judges. Reasonable efforts are made to secure a culturally and professionally diverse panel of judges.
Judges’ names are not released to delegates prior to arrival at the pageant. Worlds Miss Tourism will use former World Winners from previous years when possible.
Delegates may not approach the judges or engage in conversation with judges prior to or during the competition. Delegates who are observed approaching a judge or engage in conversation with a judge beyond a brief greeting risk immediate disqualification at the discretion of Miss Tourism Pageant Productions and Events. The decision of the judges is final and not contestable for any reason.
Score Sheets will not be given at the pageant. You may request your score sheets after 3 weeks following the World Event.
Scoring is conducted on a 10-point scale:
9-10 = Excellent
7-8 = Very Good
5-6 = Good
3-4 = Average
1-2 = Below Average
The following procedure is used to break ties:
All Ties are broken by the higher individual competition score will determine the higher placement in this order: Interview, Costume, Evening Gown, Photogenic and lastly Visibility, Social Media during her reign.

Registration FEE/ PAYMENTS
An entry fee is required to enter the Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant™ as a delegate. The fee amount is advertised in the Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant™ paperwork packet. Delegate may seek sponsors or may pay the entry fee herself. Payment may be made by money order, or credit card via PayPal, or through Venmo. After title fee is paid, delegates may make payments toward the total World fee. Payments of any amount must be made at least every 30 days until the total fee is received. Failure to remit payment every 30 days may result in loss of title and fees paid. The Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant™ is self-supporting and relies solely upon entry fees to cover production expenses. Production expenses include but are not limited to: advertising, hotel rentals, theater rentals, performers’ fees, judges’ expenses, staging, supplies, prizes, awards, etc. A significant percentage of the entry fee is directed back to each delegate in the form of crown, sash, entertainment, parties, gifts, and prizes.

All fees paid to Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant are NOT REFUNDABLE and NOT TRANSFERABLE in full or in part for under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to entry fees, advertising fees, pageant admission ticket sales fees, guest meal fees and any other fees paid to Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant by anyone including, but not limited to, delegates, sponsors, and advertisers.
The entry deadlines are posted in the Worlds Miss Tourism World Pageant™ paperwork. Entry fees must be paid in full by the final entry deadline. Preliminary pageants must be concluded by End of January for the July World Pageant. There will be no exceptions under any circumstances. All required delegate paperwork (e.g., Biographical Information Form, etc.) must be complete and received by the paperwork deadline which is posted in the paperwork. Required headshot photo for the Official Program Book must be received by the deadline which is posted in the paperwork. All deadlines are strictly enforced and must be adhered to by entrant and preliminary pageant directors. Entrant (and director, if applicable) understands and agrees to the following penalty for late submission of required items, including paperwork, photography and full payment of fees by posted deadlines: $100.00 late fee and A total of 1 point per day per late item is deducted from delegate’s total score. Non-Negotiable.
Photography. Entrant must submit a head shot photo for the Worlds Miss Tourism website in her Crown and Sash and a Program Book Photo.
Attire. Delegates provide their own competition attire. Other wardrobe requirements will be posted on the pageant website.
Travel. Delegates make their own travel arrangements. Miss Tourism Pageant Productions, is not responsible for arranging travel or intervening / resolving disputes involving travel to the host site for the pageant competition.
Hotel. Delegates are required to stay at the host hotel. Delegates and their families must make their own hotel reservations.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Entrant affirms that she is and will continue to be a person of good moral character; that she has not committed and will not commit any act inconsistent with the highest standards of public morals and conventions or that will reflect unfavorably on the pageant, its representatives, sponsors and/or licensees; that she has not appeared in nude or provocative photographs for any film or publication prior to, during the pageant finals, or during her reign should she become a Preliminary Winner or at-large delegate. Delegate will conduct herself in a courteous, professional manner at all times during the Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant™ and while representing a Worlds Miss Tourism World Pageant™ title. Delegate will not slander or libel other contestants, judges, Miss Tourism Pageant Productions and Events., staff or anyone else involved with or connected to the Worlds Miss Tourism Pageants™. Defamatory verbal and/or written remarks against and the Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant™ will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any and all prizes and awards won, and legal charges. Any delegate found publicly posting slanderous remarks on public forums will be immediately disqualified. Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Disruptive behavior before, during, or after the pageant may result in disqualification, removal from the premises, and legal charges. Delegate agrees to sign a Code of Conduct statement indicating agreement to abide by the terms specified here. Failure to sign the Code of Conduct statement does not in any way release delegate from responsibility to abide by the Code of Conduct stated here. All issues related to the Code of Conduct and consequences for violation thereof shall be determined solely and exclusively by Miss Tourism Pageant Productions and Events. Entrant agrees to accept such determinations made by Miss Tourism Pageant Productions and Events. both as to herself and others.
PARTICIPATION IN NATIONAL PAGEANT EVENTS
Delegates are expected to be on time and present for all scheduled events leading up to and during the pageant finals. Delegates will lose 1 point for each unexcused missed event.
If selected as a Worlds Miss Tourism Preliminary Winner or Worlds Miss Tourism World Winner, delegate agrees to sign a contract stating agreement to arrange and make a minimum one appearance each month, separate and apart from the random challenges posted, in both my crown and sash during my reign. I must post at least once a week on my social media representing my title and tag back to Worlds Miss Tourism organization as provided in the handbook.
Appearances may include but are not limited to charitable events in nature and support my platform or worthy cause under the Worlds Miss Tourism platform parades; radio, television and newspaper interviews; and public appearances at events. Winners are expected to provide with photos of appearances for the Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant™ website and promotion. If delegate is unwilling to sign the contract and/or unable or unwilling to fulfill the obligations, the title won and all prizes will be awarded to the first runner up.
The reign of Worlds Miss Tourism will commence immediately after crowning and will end immediately following the crowning of their successor. World Winners agrees to provide Worlds Miss Tourism National Pageant, with photocopies of articles pertaining to her reign and pictures of appearances for the pageant history scrapbook. Worlds Miss Tourism Jr. Teen, Teen, Miss and Mrs. agrees that she will not enter any other pageant or compete for any other titles during her year’s reign without the prior written permission from Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant. The Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant™ title is the overall winner’s main pageant-related priority. Winner is expected to give her time and energy to this title and this title only during their year’s reign. Permission for Worlds Miss Tourism Jr. Teen, Teen, Miss and Mrs. to participate in other pageants will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Winner may have a modeling, commercial tie-up, personal management and/or agency contract, which contract however does not include, authorize or permit the use of the name of the Worlds Miss Tourism™, or any other registered tradename, trademark or logo of Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant, or any title designation or reference with respect to the pageant in any manner. Worlds Miss Tourism agrees to attend the next year’s pageant to crown her successor.
Delegates in a Preliminary Event must look to the Preliminary Director for any State Rules and Regulations.
By virtue of participation in the Worlds Miss Tourism World Pageant™, delegate agrees to allow Worlds Miss Tourism World Pageant, the right to use her name, likeness, voice and/or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion now and in the future. Delegate understands that her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information may be used on the internet, in print advertising, press releases and merchandise related to the Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant™ (e.g., t-shirts, tote bags, hats, other apparel, mouse pads, and other promotional materials.) Delegate agrees to release Miss Tourism Pageants Productions and Events from liability for any injury resulting from publicity and promotion. Delegate agrees to waive any and all compensation for use of her name, likeness, voice, and /or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion.
Delegates and their families are permitted to take photos and video outside the ballroom leading up to the on-stage pageant competition event. Cameras or videography will not be allowed during any on-stage competition events. Individuals who fail to comply with this rule will be asked to leave the venue without benefit of refund for admission ticket. Professional photography will be made available by the Official Worlds Miss Tourism Pageant Photographer.
DISQUALIFICATION AND TITLE RELINQUISHMENT
If delegate is disqualified or relinquishes, for any reason, any title awarded to her, all prizes must be returned in full, and in condition received. If, for any reason, the winner resigns or is disqualified, the 1st runner-up will assume the title and all prizes.
COVID 19/ PANDEMIC LIABILITY RELEASE WAIVER
The World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) a worldwide pandemic. Due to it’s capacity to transmit from person-to-person through respiratory droplets, the government has set recommendations, guidelines, and some prohibitions which Harrison Productions, LLC (the “Organization”) adheres to comply.
In consideration of my participation, or my child’s participation in the foregoing, the undersigned acknowledge and agree to the following:
I am aware of the existence of the risk of my physical appearance to the venue and my participation to the activity of the Organization that may cause injury or illness such as, but not limited to Influenza, MRSA, or COVID-19 that may lead to paralysis or death.
I have not experienced symptoms that of fever, fatigue, difficulty in breathing, or dry cough or exhibiting any other symptoms relating to COVID-19 or any communicable disease within the last 14 days of the national pageant.
I have not, nor any member(s) of my household, traveled by sea or air, internationally for the past 14 days prior to the national pageant.
Following the pronouncements above I hereby declare the following:
I am fully and personally responsible for my own safety and actions while and during may participation and I recognize that I may be in any case be at risk of contracting COVID-19.
With full knowledge of the risks involved, I hereby release, waive, discharge the Organization, its board, officers, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury or death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 while participating in any activity while in, on, or around the premises or while using the facilities that may lead to unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Worlds Miss Tourism Organization from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, lawsuits, and/or liabilities or claims arising whether directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the released party due to injury, loss, or death from or related to COVID-19.
I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Liability Release Waiver and understand its contents; that I am at least eighteen (18) years old. Delegates who are under the age of eighteen (18), the parent/guardian of the Delegate waives release of liability of Delegate and fully competent to give my consent; That I have been sufficiently informed of the risks involved and give my voluntary consent in signing this Liability Release Waiver as my own free act and deed with full intention and to be bound by the same, and free from any inducement or representation.
This waiver will remain effective until laws and mandates relevant to COVID-19 are lifted.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
a.) Miss Tourism Pageant Productions and Events, its officers, directors, agents and employees are not liable to entrant for anything whatsoever in connection with any preliminary pageant leading to the Worlds Miss Tourism World Pageant™. Preliminary pageant entrant agrees to look solely to the preliminary Pageant Director with respect to all matters relating to her application, rules, regulations, policies, preparation, rehearsal, performance and selection process, and all other matters relating to the preliminary pageant.
b.) Miss Tourism Pageant Productions and Events, its officers, employees, and pageant personnel are not responsible for accidents, injury or theft incurred at the time of the Worlds Miss Tourism World Pageant™ or travel to and from.
c.) Miss Tourism Pageant Productions and Events. is not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of pageant sponsors, judges, or contract vendors (e.g., photographer, videographer, etc.) who may be providing products or services to delegates at the Worlds Miss Tourism World Pageant™
d.) Miss Tourism Pageant Productions and Events is not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of the host hotel.
e.) Miss Tourism Pageant Productions and Events is not responsible for arranging travel or intervening / resolving disputes surrounding travel to the host location for the pageant competition.
f.) Miss Tourism Pageant Productions and Events is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused to any and all prizes, gifts, and awards bestowed upon entrant after these items become the property of entrant. Entrant agrees to incur replacement and/or repair costs to lost, stolen, or damaged items including but not limited to: crown/tiara, sash, plaques, trophies, etc.
By submitting the entry form and fee(s) to Worlds Miss Tourism World Pageant™, or Director of any Preliminary Pageant leading to the Worlds Miss Tourism World Pageant™, delegate agrees to abide by all policies, rules and regulations set forth by Worlds Miss Tourism World Pageant™. Participation in the Worlds Miss Tourism World Pageant™ also indicates acceptance and agreement to abide by all policies, rules and regulations set forth by Worlds Miss Tourism World Pageant™. Delegate attests that all information submitted to, is true and accurate. Falsification of information and failure to comply with the policies of Worlds Miss Tourism World Pageant™, may result in immediate disqualification and/or forfeiture of prizes won without benefit of refund in full or in part at the sole discretion of Worlds Miss Tourism World Pageant™.
